Cattle Drive

Twice a year the cattle move: up to summer range in late spring and down again in the fall. Guests who ride well can join the crew for a day or more and help move the herd.

• One to three days in the saddle with the ranch crew
• Horses matched to your riding
• Lunch on the trail; nights at the lodge or a cabin

Good to know

• You need to be comfortable at a walk, trot and lope for long hours.
• Dates follow the cattle and the grass, so they are set a few weeks ahead.
